1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen, die über unseren Online-Shop www.idolejaart.com durch Verbraucher und Unternehmer getätigt werden.

3. Angebot und Vertragsschluss
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar, sondern eine unverbindliche Aufforderung zur Bestellung. Ein verbindlicher Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn wir Ihre Bestellung durch eine Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail annehmen.
4. Preise und Versandkosten
Alle Preise verstehen sich in Euro und enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer (sofern anwendbar). Es gelten die zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung angegebenen Preise. Versandkosten werden zusätzlich berechnet, sofern nicht anders angegeben.
5. Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt weltweit über unsere Print-on-Demand-Partner (z. B. Printify, Printful, Gelato, usw). Die Produktions- und Lieferzeit kann je nach Standort und Produkt variieren. Die Lieferfristen sind unverbindlich.
6. Zahlung
In unserem Shop stehen Ihnen verschiedene Zahlungsmethoden zur Verfügung, z. B. Kreditkarte, PayPal, Shopify Payments. Die Belastung erfolgt unmittelbar nach Bestellabschluss.
7. Widerrufsrecht
Verbraucher haben grundsätzlich ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht. Details siehe Widerrufsbelehrung. Bei digitalen Produkten erlischt das Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn des Downloads.
8. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.
9. Gewährleistung und Haftung
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte. Bei fehlerhaften oder beschädigten Produkten kontaktieren Sie uns bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt.
10. Gerichtsstand
Es gilt österreichisches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz des Unternehmens, sofern der Kunde Kaufmann ist.
11. Schlussbestimmungen
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB ganz oder teilweise unwirksam sein, so bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to order. A binding contract is concluded when we accept your order via order confirmation email.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT (where required). The prices valid at the time of the order apply. Shipping costs are calculated additionally unless otherwise specified.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made worldwide by our print-on-demand partners (e.g., Printify, Printful, Gelato, etc.). Production and delivery times may vary depending on location and product. Delivery times are non-binding.
6. Payment
Various payment methods are available in our shop, such as credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments. Payment is processed immediately after order placement.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For details, see our Right of Withdrawal policy. The right of withdrawal for digital products expires once the download begins.
8. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
9. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
10. Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. If the customer is a business, the place of jurisdiction is the location of our company.
11. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
